Deciphering the First Complete Mitochondrial Genomes From Appendicularia (Chordata: Tunicate)
The phylogenetic position of Appendicularia might be crucial for the understanding of the evolution of early vertebrates. The aim of our project is to sequence complete mitochondrial genomes in order to substantiate hypotheses concerning the phylogeny of appendicularians.
