Sequencing and analysis of the genome of Ralstonia eutropha, towards the development of this organism as cell factory for the production of biomolecules

Ralstonia eutropha H16 is a Gram-negative, facultatively chemoautotrophic, proteobacterium, able to utilize an extensive collection of carbon and energy sources. The genome sequence will be be the basis for the development of this strain as a cell factory for the production of biomolecules.
