Development of a technical procedure solution for lasting germ reduction, in particular of pathogene zoonosis, in rotten eggs by means of ozonic media,- a contribution to the increase of the product quality and the consumer protection.
Contribution of the Division of Animal Husbandary Systems and Technology to the research project:
1. Analysis and evaluation of husbandary systems for young chickens with special consideration of the stable climate
2. Identification of risk ranges for germ contamination
3. Analysis and evaluation of the present breeding conditions, identification of risk ranges
4. Contribution for the optimization of the Ozonation conditions:
- Adjustment and regulation of the gas concentration
- analysis of possible emissions
- evaluation of the exposition for workers
- development from bases to the procedure organization with the ozonation of rotten eggs.
