Law Reform of the “EVG” (German Emergency Food Preparedness Act) and Development of Drafts of Executive Order Laws

The project shall offer an assistance proposal to the federal ministry of food, agriculture and consumer protection to support decisions about optional adaptations of the German Emergency Food Preparedness Act (EVG). Furthermore, suited drafts of executive order laws have to be developed to ensure effective reactions to a nationwide crisis of food supply. These legal instruments shall be part of optimizing the legal handling of such a scenario.
