Methods of Discrete Structures

Discrete mathematics is an independent discipline located where mathematics and computer science overlap. The research group's focus is on the tools, models, methods and algorithms of discrete mathematics. They are of vital significance in important applications in the fields of logistics, telecommunication, traffic planning, computer graphics and image processing, in gene sequencing and similar fields of bio-computing.
