HORTINLEA - SP7b Meal Culture in market trends and consumption habits


In order to foster food security, one needs to consider people's preferences concerning food and nutrition. The overall aim of this subproject is to broaden the concept of food systems and to take account of meal cultures. The subproject will analyse food habits and meal cultures in order to understand the cultural, social and gendered embeddedness of food security.
