Central administration for all CRC members

Central administration for all CRC members will be provided. Z will further enable communication through support of colloquia, visits by guests and travelling of the CRC members. It will promote the immediate integration of suitable young researchers, who begin or plan to begin their independent scientific career in the field of the CRC, while it is running already, and also of newly appointed professors with research proposals relevant to the CRC topic: The lump sum money will be used to finance preliminary work. Z will also be responsible for measures with respect to gender equality and compatibility of family and scientific career as well as for activities with respect to outreach to the public or school contacts.
