HU Institutional Strategy: The (pre-)history of European Criminal Law (Funding Line Creating Opportunities)

This project plans to write the first part of a historical study, encompassing an overall view of European Criminal Law for the book series “Ius Communitatis”. The book is supposed to outline the development of Criminal Law in Europe until the first instances of an Europeanisation of the material in the Maastricht Treaty (1992).
