ProAnimalLife – VitaCheck / Optical monitoring system for the analysis of movement pattern and skin texture

As part of this project, a monitoring system will be developed to monitor the behaviour of Kois. It should make it possible to automatically transmit atypical developments to the breeder. A core module of the planned development is the detection of changes in the movement behaviour and the texture of the fish. Essentially, this involves the monitoring of predefined movement patterns as well as changes in the colour of the skin and the shape of the fins, with monitoring on a single-animal basis.
