Active plasmonic nano-antennas for generating, detecting, and converting quantum light

We propose to initiate a new collaborative effort that will design, fabricate, test, and optimize structures that facilitate control over emission and absorption from and to quantum emitters. Based on a fundamental understanding of the elementary processes, we will transmit, convert, and detect weak quantum light signals in integrated devices.
